Christopher Caparina
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Originating from the Philippines, I embarked on a life-changing journey to the United States through the J-1 visa program, where I have since built a career in education. My passion for teaching and learning led me to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Management, with a major in Special Education. In addition to this, I hold multiple Master's degrees—one in Educational Management and another in Science Education—and a Diploma in Special Education. My academic foundation is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, with a major in Physical Science and a minor in Mathematics

With over twelve years of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of working in diverse educational settings. I am currently teaching in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I specialize in Special Education. My journey also includes teaching Physics, Mathematics in the Philippines, Physical Science in Bahrain, and Biology in Indonesia. These experiences have enriched my understanding of different educational systems and cultures, fueling my commitment to providing inclusive and meaningful education to all students.
Appreciation for the amazing journey I have been through has inspired me to make the same opportunites available to others that would love to expand upon their cultural enrichment.

I am originally from Milwaukee, WI, and my passion for the hospitality industry has been a driving force throughout my career. From my early days as a restaurant server and bartender, I discovered a love for providing exceptional guest experiences. This led me to take on increasingly responsible roles, eventually becoming a restaurant manager. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in some of the most dynamic and diverse cities in the U.S., including Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. These experiences have shaped my understanding of hospitality on a larger scale and deepened my commitment to delivering top-tier service.
Throughout my journey, I've honed my leadership skills and developed a keen ability to adapt to various environments, whether managing high-volume operations in a bustling Las Vegas casino or overseeing intimate fine dining experiences in D.C. and Los Angeles. My diverse background in the hospitality industry has not only enriched my professional life but also solidified my passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and fostering positive team dynamics. Each city and position has brought new challenges, but my dedication to continue growing as an individual, being a genuine leader and creating memorable experiences for other's has remained constant.
